We Cover two major Tasmanian environmental attractions, with a morning session in the old growth wilderness in the Mt Field National Park, with it's waterfalls and rainforest walks. Followed by a favourite lunch stop, then we head over to our favourite and respect animal sanctuary to spend time with the native species, especially the Tassie Devils.
The day tour will start with guest pickups at Hobart accommodation at 8.30am.
We make our way out to Mt Field National Park, passing New Norfolk on the way. With stories from our past we then discover Mt Field. We prepare for some morning walks amongst the waterfalls, and tall towering trees.
After a series of walking options, which guests can select from, we make our way to the lunch option.
Bonorong is our afternoon activity and this one will always please those animal lovers.
An option of feeding the wallabies, going in search for the wombats and discovering the Tassie devils. this is a valuable session that gives great insight to Tasmania's native species and their stories.
