Guided walking tour: "The Heart of Helsinki"
Overview
This walking tour, led by a Local Helsinki Guide, takes participants on a journey through the most iconic landmarks of the City Centre. Explore the birth of the city as the capital of Finland while discovering central highlights, including the Lutheran Cathedral, the University's Main Building, the governmental facilities, Helsinki's oldest stone house (home to Helsinki City Museum), the Orthodox Uspenski Cathedral, modern wood architecture featuring sea pools and saunas, the lively Southern Harbour Marketplace, and the 19th-century Esplanade Park. This city stroll is a captivating journey through time and iconic sites, enriched by the local expertise of our guide!
Minimum 15 participants, maximum 20 participants. Private small groups per separate request.
Weather appropriate clothing and shoes suitable for outdoor activities are recommended. A water bottle, especially on a warm day, is also strongly recommended.
Insurances: Evenio Oy is liability insured. Participants are recommended to have their own insurance

This 2 hour walking tour starts at Alexander II –statue on Senate Square and ends at the Swedish Theater in Esplanade Park.
